For over three years, NEIDA has proudly partnered with Dougie Mac, ensuring patients receive compassionate care in a comfortable and well-equipped environment.

In addition to financial contributions, NEIDA actively participates in fundraising initiatives for Dougie Mac. We have sponsored events such as the annual golf day, which was a tremendous success, raising a grand total of £17,349 with 18 teams participating. This event not only raised funds but also fostered community spirit and support for Dougie Mac’s vital services.
Beyond our partnership with Dougie Mac, NEIDA remains committed to supporting causes that resonate with our colleagues. Recently, employees Mark and Frankie showcased their dedication by participating in the Mighty Hike Challenge, set to commence on July 20th, 2024, in the scenic Peak District. This challenging event spans 26 miles of rugged terrain, aiming to raise vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support. The Mighty Hike Challenge represents a heartfelt initiative by NEIDA employees like Mark and Frankie, who will undertake this demanding trek to honour loved ones affected by cancer and demonstrate their personal empathy and support for those in need.
