Our Stoke-on-Trent and Isle-of-Wight manufacturing facilities can produce components from a variety of raw materials, including ferrous, non-ferrous, plastics and exotic materials. We ensure that all materials are purchased from within our ISO9001:2015 accredited supply base, allowing full traceability from raw material to finished goods.

We manufacture turned and milled parts from a range of free cutting and alloy steels, as well as Austenitic and Martensitic grades of stainless steel. We are also able to offer various processes such as heat treatment and component plating.
We have expertise in producing turned and milled parts in a wide array of brass, copper, bronze and aluminium grades. We can also provide secondary processes such as anodising, etching, and laser marking using our quality-approved suppliers.
Our comprehensive range of CNC and CAM machines are able to manufacture precision turned and milled components from a variety of exotic metals and superalloys such as Inconel, Titanium, Duplex grades and Hastelloy.
We also regularly supply turned and milled parts produced from engineering plastics. Plastic grades we commonly machine are acetal, nylon, Delrin, PTFE and PEEK.
We ensure full traceability, from the procurement of EN 10204 certified raw material to the supply of finished components.
Where required, we offer additional assurance beyond the material’s chemical and physical properties via Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing. This level of testing will highlight defects such as corrosion or inclusions that, if left undetected, may result in premature failure of the component in application.
