The service can be incorporated into the manufacture of NEIDA’s precision turned and milled components or provided as a standalone subcontract operation.

Production Proven Across More Than 120,000 Components

NEIDA’s laser marking capability has been demonstrated through a production run exceeding 120,000 components, providing a practical demonstration of the process under high-volume manufacturing conditions.

The production run used an MD X Series Hybrid Laser Marker, configured with bespoke component handling trays and a rotary table. This setup helped maintain consistent positioning of the components during marking and supported repeatable production across the batch.

Throughout the production run, cycle times remained stable and marking quality was maintained, demonstrating the suitability of the process for extended production runs where consistency and repeatability are important.

Laser marking provides a flexible way to add identification to manufactured components.

The information and format can be specified according to the customer’s requirements, whether that is a company logo, product identification, batch information or a QR code.
